I got a bracelet for Xmas and wasn’t thrilled with it. Had an idea and found out with the unbelievably patient sales person what I really wanted and needed after multiple changes. I wish I could remember her name but she was a younger lady. Very knowledgeable and sweet. She took all the time I needed!
