This was my first visit to a Pandora store, and my first Pandora purchase ever. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted. The lady in the store welcomed me and was super friendly and helped me find what I wanted. The exact bracelet I saw online wasn't in stock in my size, but she found a similar one that I liked even better! She also showed me a few charms and a ring that I absolutely love, and now I am a happy owner of Pandora jewelry!

As soon a I walked in, the associate was kind and helpful. She offered me several different options and also recommended items I hadn’t been aware of. It was great.

We visited a Pandora store in San Antonio and they didn’t have the Alamo charm we were looking for. However, they contacted another store who did have them and provided me with their phone number. I then called them and ordered two charms which she mailed to my home address. Both store assistant’s were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. I live in MD and was on vacation in Texas. I love Pandora jewelry,

I’ve wanted a pandora bracelet for a while and the sales associate spoke Spanish which made it easier to communicate!
