The line was super long, so it did not allow me to enjoy my shopping experience. It seems rushed.

i got enough satisfaction. i wasn't happy i couldn't return, a bracelet i bought online because it was on sale.

One of my charms were stuck on the joint of my bracelet and none of the salespersons were able to move it. So due to this I was forced to purchase a more expensive safety chain.

I love pandora , the wait wasn’t to long and the merchandise is beautiful

Asked to see Disney products reached home and looked through the manual and realized associate didn’t show me even half of what they had under that catergory.

I don’t agree with the prices of the charms. They should be priced by quality, gem stones, detail, etc. Most charms for the bracelet start at $25-$35.

I was satisfied with my experience

The store is not very big and it tends to be very hot. They only have 2 registers so check out takes a long time. The staff tries their best but the wait time is to long.

Too long of a wait to see an associate. There needs to be better discounts. More associates need to be on the floor.

The friendliness of the employees here need some work. I'm very satisfied with the product options and quality and prices I was highly satisfied however with the associates at the Pandora store in the Queens center mall is better. There was a welcome clerk there greeting and answering quests questions before you even speak with a sales associate.
