As I entered the store I was greeted politely and professional. I was directed to a sales associate named Michal B. She was polite, outgoing, understandable on the merchandise I was looking for. I was sad because the merchandise I came in for was not in stock. Michal B had some suggestions on ideas on items that I would like, it took me a few minutes to decide but I purchased them. I was grateful for her help. An I left a happy camper....
