Samantha was very knowledgeable. I’m a new grandmother and she showed me many charm possibilities, since I wasn’t thrilled with the current grandson charm.

The sales rep Alexis was very nice, friendly, & professional. I was on a trip from Illinois so that is why I won’t be returning in 90 days. Alexis even cleaned my bracelet. She attached the charm I purchased. Very satisfied. I purchased a charm as a souvenir of my trip
