I was very happy with the service I received in store. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased the Moments bracelet because I ordered memorial heart charms that fit on this particular bracelet. It's a beautiful bracelet!

As soon as I got into the store, the 2 ladies welcomed me. They inmediately startes helping to show me what I was looking for. They let me tried on things which allowed me to make my final decision.

Talla at the Tuttle Mall location was extremely personable and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with a positive attitude. I will definitely be back to that location again!!!

As this was an initial/first contact visit, it's purpose was to introduce my wife to the Pandora line of jewelry. For close to 40 years she has wanted to start a charm collection. She was first shown the standard "snake" chain style necklace but unhappy with it's length (too short)..she was promptly shown an alternative solution necklace which was long enough. Both sales associates were eager to help by providing plenty of options (hands on/inspection) for the inaugural charm. This, to me, is the customer service trifecta experience. Sincerity (attitude, attentiveness), knowledge (solutions, options, style), and professionalism (courtesy, competence).
