I came looking for an advertised item and was told it was not in stock. I walked around the store and guess what??? I found it!!! Clerk was very nice and apologetic. All is good and I am happy!

I was greeted promptly, offered several options, told about store deals, and checked out in timely fashion. I returned the next day because felt ring was a little to big and girl exchanged it without any issue.

My sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. I was buying for two step-granddaughters and had to send pics to my daughter who is out-of-town.
