I liked how quickly an associated greeted us, but then left us alone long enough for us to look around and browse. I also liked how even though it was close to closing they didn't rush us or make us feel we were wasting their tine.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The customer service was amazing. I was greeted abs assisted upon entry to the store. The speed of service was great.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by all associates. Clinton helped me to purchase a new charm and exchange one that was purchased for me already. He was patient with me and ensured that I was satisfied. He even cleaned my bracelet and shared the upcoming charm release, which I was thankful for.

Lexi was very helpful and welcoming. She was patient and found the items I really wanted. I can’t wait to come back to purchase more pieces. Thank you

The staff was very nice! However, I would like more career charms. I currently work with students and would one day like to become a teacher. I would like to have a charm that symbolizes my career choice.
