I needed something that represented my girlfriend and I did find some charms, but there is no superheroes charms and that was a bummer. I hope Pandora open up to superhero charms or have charms that are on that topic.

There’s ALWAYS room for improvement

I was interested in a certain item and now I have to purchase it on line.

Did not have two of the item I wanted.

I wish there was an easier way to see charms. I hate looking in the books. Wish there were a biggger selection

my only issue was they did not have 3 or 4 of the of charms in stock. Which made it a bit hard to design locket. I was not happy about that

It wasn't anything major, it was just they did not have all the rings in stock due to Valentine's season being around. Since they did not have many rings I took a while to get matching rings. But I was happy that the sales associate tried really hard to find the ring for me.

Discovered missing charm that was replaced in the past. Sales person expressed concern however unable to give a number for customer service.

clean and nice people . items are expensive

Service a bit slow. It was black Friday but not super busy. Could have been working more efficiently. IPad style checkout was slow
