The selection was great almost overwhelming but the sales associate took her time and had great suggestions. The sales associate also took the time to clean my wife's existing bracelet while we search for a new charm. She also didn't put any pressure on me to purchase by keeping light conversation. I thought she was extremely professional and curtious.
