Great product, great location, awesome choices! Always a pleasure going into the store.

I talked to the sales rep about my daughter loosing the stopper charms. He said we were using the wrong ones and showed me which ones to purchase.

My sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even remembered were I wanted my charm placed on my bracelet, which was something I briefly stated.
