I dropped off my rings to for cleaning earlier in the morning. I received a ticket telling me to be back at 4o’clock. I waited online outside of the store and even at 5o’clock when I got into the store the rings were not ready. I then had a question about another product I had purchased and the woman who came up to me said she had a line. I told her I was the customer to and I waited on that line as well but for some reason I was not worth her time. So the rings weren’t ready on time and she was unwilling to assist me with another product I was going to purchase because she had a long line which I had it also waited on.

Pandora cancelled our online black friday order for a ring for my Granddaughter several days after we ordered it. We went to this store the morning after the online Pandora cancellation which had the same product in her size. Though we had Pandora documentation this store would not honor the Pandora Black Friday price. We will never deal with Pandora on line or in store again!

I go to bay shore Pandora because it’s close but associates attitude is a problem. I never feel welcomed compared to in Smithaven mall. They have no patience to help me look.

Sales associates doing nothing I had to wait till they were ready to move, rude. You could hardly hear her. I purchase IG a ring for a gift and asks if I need a box or a bag. I was dissatisfied with the customer service but I love Pandora jewerly

I was very displeased by the service I received.I bought a pandora bracelet 2 years ago and the bracelet snapped I went into the store to see if I would be able to get a replacement but the representative was very displeasing because she said you no longer sold it I asked if I would be able to get a replacement she said no and that’s I would have to buy a new bracelet. Soon hearing this I was very anger because I spend a good amount of money at pandora and to hear that I would not be able to get a replacement I’m very upset.

I purchased the mother daughter charm. When cashier rung me up it the total came out to $81. I said “wow that’s a lot of tax. I thought the item was $65 as it said on the box it was in “and cashier said “no it’s $75 we are in the middle of switching out the prices.” I should have said no that is wrong and you should honor that price but unfortunately I didn’t. But I am mad because even online the item is $65. To top it off my receipt says best friend charm $75. Not sure is there is shady business going on there but I am not happy!!

The sales associate who assisted me in the Bayshore NY store was absolutely wonderful, very kind and polite. I gave my score based on visiting the Fort Lauderdale FL store, they would not allow me to do an exchange for the two rings I purchased online, I just needed a size swap. In Bayshore, the sales associate helped me with ease! Thank you for a great experience there.

Good Afternoon, I entered the store with a specific item in mind for purchase. When I arrived four associates were in the store; none greeted or acknowledged my entrance. Rather two associates continued their conversation regarding their hair and the other two associates were preparing their coffee order for the afternoon. I patiently waited until someone completed their private conversations to be greeted and addressed. Once completing her coffee order the associate finally turned to me and then inquired as to what I wanted. I advised her accordingly and she found the charm, did not engage or provide any suggestions nor introduce any new items to my attention. Needless to say, I will not visit this store in the future to purchase any items for our daughter's collection.
