I placed an online order and never received a confirmation, don't even know when I'm getting my order. This has happened twice and it is UNACCEPTABLE. Will never order from Pandora again and I made sure all my friends know.

Manager (Georgia) and sales rep (Giselle) was very nasty,unpleasant and not professional at all. To tell me your not comfortable to touch my jewelry due to covid, and ask me to take my own charms off my braclet..unacceptable.

I had bought a bracelet for my mother which resulted in the metal severely scratching her skin. It was bought within 30 days and we went to exchange it for a safer bracelet. We were told we could not get a different bracelet and we were then forced to purchase two clips for the sharp parts of the bracelet. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Spent over $100 more to avoid deep scratches. We honestly are considering calling an attorney because it doesn’t even make sense that clips are there, it just shows that you all know that some of the bracelets are sharp.

Went in to get my sister a charm for her birthday and they only had one birthday item so I passed and went and found something else the star charm I picked had a price point of $68 so seeing as it was just a gift that was preferable. Well the girl goes to ring me up and says oh it’s $98 now and I said that’s not fair please ask your manager to honor the price point Bc it’s not my fault someone forgot to take the old price off. Well the manager comes over doesn’t even greet ne and my mom doesn’t even make eye contact says no I can’t change that price someone else left it there and rudely walked away. That’s so disrespectful. I should have left but my mom had her heart getting my sister something.

We bought a ring and it turned. We went and they dipped it and we werent called to say it was done. Two months later we picked it up so the ring can tarnish yet again. We buy so much from here, but not no more, well not frm that store we went to.

I went in with my husband to exchange an item but when helped by the salesperson Jacqueline F. I was unhappy with the attitude we were given and the rude way she treated us. I decide to return the item instead of exchanging because I really didn’t want to deal with her attitude throughout the transaction.
