The associate kept giving me attitude when I was asking here questions. Not sure if she was having a bad day that day but it seem she didn’t want to help me. Even when another associate asked her to help me.

The store was empty, and me and my girlfriend did not receive service at all until we had to go upto them to ask for help. We were waiting patiently at the counter and got not only bad service, but felt like we were inconveniencing them.

My daughter was excited to buy a bracelet she saw it was avail in this store, our 1st time their Right away associate said out of stock & walked away, I then called her back and asked if they had it in a oh other stores, she said she would look, we saw it was available their online, then comes back and not nice at all saying oh we have them here, proceeded to help try on not friendly at all almost uncomfortable and we were so nice, then I left and said Ty have a nice day she just walked away This was our first experience there and never going back to that store, so unprofessional

Was buying 2 rings for $65 each . When it was time to pay the total amount didn’t add up so i asked why so much and then told us that each ring went up $10 more … associate didn’t tell us about the price difference change and just told us to pay

Rushed in the store. Sales person was mad at me because I didn't already know what I wanted.(I didn't know you are supposed to already know) management came out & gave me dirty looks. I was in the store less then 5 min total. If my daughter didn't want it I would never go back .

I was affended by your customer service. I was passed over by two existing customers that entered your store after me. I have fatal underline conditions and haven't been in public for many months due to Covid. When commission becomes more important than customer service the store should reevaluate it's staff. This is my reason for emailing Yelp.

The associate her name was jacky she was very rude to me. The customer service she provided really sucked and was bad. She was very speaking to me with an attitude. I did not like her customer service at all. Will never be going there again
