The sales associate was very impatient.She seem to get annoyed when I ask to see things more then once.She even walked away while I was looking at the merchandise.She even stated that it was too early in the morning.When I ask to see things again she said I showed you that already.The only reason I purchased at this store was because it was my granddaughter’s birthday and I had little time.The sales associates needs to have more patience with her customers.I will not be back to this store.

The associate was not friendly. She seemed like she didn’t want to help us. She was very standoffish!

The associates treated me as if I can not understand English. As a biracial couple my husband was constantly ignored by the associates and we were addressed very rudely. We were reminded about prices on numerous occasions even after we assured them we can clearly pay for it, which we ended up buying the merchandise. Absolutely horrible experience! Racial profiling at its best! The associates should be re-educated as it is 2020, that biracial couples exist and its normal.

After completing my purchase, the sales associate packaged the product in a box and then placed the box in a Pandora bag and tied it closed. after I left the store i saw on my receipt that I was charged for that bag, of which I was never informed that there would be a charge for. If asked I would not have taken a bag for a item that I could have placed it my pocket.

I made an $80.00 purchase which didn’t qualify for the free bracelet but a week earlier I had made a purchase of155.00 in which the sales associate mentioned I should’ve been offered a presale which would’ve gotten me the free bracelet this week of the promotion.

The sales associate brushed me off to talk to someone else. I went in to have my necklace cleaned. She told me at first that they were "too busy for that," then changed her excuse to "the machine isn't working" after I let her know how unprofessional she was behaving. "You can have whatever you want cleaned after the new year." All the while another customer came in and had her cleaning request accepted. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars with Pandora, I didn't expect to be discriminated against.

My problem was with the cashier, the girl who help me find my item was perfect, I think her name was kristen, she had blond hair, the cashier was a dark haired girl. I am an African American and As soon as I walked in she starred at me as if I was a criminal or something and made me uncomfortable, I only got a charm for my fiance but I wanted something extra but felt uncomfortable and just really wanted to leave. She didn't say anything to me when I was walked to the register and just said my total, it's as if I was in welcome and I shop at pandora regularly for my fiance and mother, maybe it's this location but it wasn't a good experience.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was not very professional, friendly, or informative. She didn't seem to have knowledge of the products, she was unenthusiastic, and looked/sounded very disgusted with us. The sales associates name was Jacqueline F No. 156472.

The sales associate was rude and seemed very inconvenienced by me. I was exchanging a ring for a different size and didn’t know what size I needed and she was annoyed by this. Very nasty!
