I bought two bracelets. Neither were charm bracelets. Each one was for one of my aunts. One of the bracelets I bought was child size. Meanwhile I verified with the employee that the bracelets were adults sizes. Upon returning the one bracelet because it was too small, I found out the bracelet comes in 3 sizes. They sales person that helped me make the purchase never mentioned that. She just gave me 2 bracelets. Very strange and dissatisfied. Not going to rerun. Error on the salesperson’s part.

I was very satisfied with the store. The problem that I had was with the sales associate she was very cold not welcoming and just made me feel like she didn’t really want to help me. The wait was not long and I appreciated that but I felt somewhat rushed and not really cared for

The advertisement of the promotion they were offering was still up and gave false hope that the bangle was still being given. I made a purchase going over the amount required to receive the bangle. The representative did not 1 time inform me that the location ran out of the bangle that my purchase would qualify me for. I had to ask about it while she was checking me out and then she very nonchalant about it and just pointed to a Christmas tree that had ornaments on them and said “it’s random, you can get one of those”. She did not offer to take me to the tree to see which one I’d like in place of the bangle. She was not customer friendly or acted like she wanted to really help. Not happy at all. I love the charms for my daughters but I’m not happy with the service I received.

I feel like I was rushed wasn’t allowed to look around store to get ideas. I wanted a charm and I asked if I can look around and she said no. I felt like she didn’t want to put in effort to help me.

I had gone to a pandora store to take a look at the rings .. they had it set up in the case so a worker needed to help you get which ring you wanted to see … im very un happy with the service as i was purchasing multiple rings and providing your company with a consumer … they were not friendly or motivated to be helping me and im very dissatisfied with the customer service this visit not being my first .

We went in to some due to the 50% off and the associate that helped us the blonde Spanish girl jaquline (I think) was very rude she had an attitude the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable asking for another ring to see

Associate is not friendly at all. I cringe when I get her. She does not greet people or engage with customers at all and just seems generally annoyed to be working there. Will not go back again!
