The service at this location is not to good. I was waiting there for a few minutes before anyone asked if I was being helped. The sales associate wasn't very informative and seemed like she was in a rush!

The prices for the charms could be more reasonable. If the charms were anywhere from $10-$30 I would shop here more often (probably four times a month).

Everyone was great except the cashier. I was at the bayshore ny location 12/18/17 at 830-9pm. I was just standing there waiting to be called to the register and the girl on the right register said this is yours and shook the bag at me so I walked over and she didn't greet me or ask how I was she just barked at me and said "zip code." And she was having private conversations with other associates talking about customers. Then she just finished ringing me up and was like that receipt is yours. And had me take it out of her printer. She is definitely not a people person and not professional.

I have been buying pandora products a long time this is the 2nd time I got lied to talked to disrespected and it's getting very annoying where I'll start taking my business elsewhere.

Your website showed you had the item in-stock. I ordered the item (on-line), got a confirmation email, you billed my credit card then (2) hours later I got another email saying the order was cancelled (no longer available) even though your website still shows it is available. Then I had to actually go the store (which is what I was trying to avoid doing on black Friday, by ordering it on line) to find out you still had (1) left. You need to do a better job of managing orders / inventory through your website.
