The costumer service is not the to good but not all associated given the same costumers service

I felt very rushed. It is all about the next customer! I may just shop online or visit a store very early when store opens (off hours).

The wait line was not long but when it was my turn I was taken into another store that did not have all the things I wanted to look at. The sales person was nice but it felt rushed.

I won't recommend Pandora Bay Shore store because some associates there always looking you as you will steal any jewelry. You can't see closely what are you gonna buy. My daughter wanted to buy a piece of jewelry for her teachers but the associate was really rude with her, showing the piece in a black box that my daughter could reach to see in the table. Very upset experience!

Staff weren’t paying attention to who was there waiting In line. Staff wasn’t very happy she looked unhappy wasn’t very talkative and would only show me what I asked wasn’t pulling anything out for me to look at

Found the salesperson unprofessional and unfriendly I felt she did no extend herself and just wanted to make the sale so she could move on to the next customer.

The person helping me was not too friendly. She was rude. I wanted to exchange two charms for my bracelet because they were too big. I felt the lady was trying to rush me and she wasn’t showing me enough variety. She was giving me an attitude when I asked for her opinion. I did not feel comfortable.

I wasn’t satisfied with the attitude with the workers. I feel like they could’ve been friendlier and could’ve showed me more items but instead i felt like they were rushing me to get me out and i didn’t appreciate that.
