There's was a promotion get a gift with every purchase meanwhile they were all out of the gift

The lady had a bad attitude and she was so impatient when I was looking the merchandise I don’t know why because if I want I can take my time to see everything I’m so disappointed and I was trying to use a discount I ask her and she was like: mmmm I don’t know if is works and obviously because it’s expires 1/27/23 but she doesn’t wanted to use my discount

I always have an issue with this Pandora store they are not so friendly and never have what we are looking for.. I prefer to go to smithaven then to bay Shaore

The associate named Georgia was amazing to accommodate my wants. However, the other associate Giselle was giving me an attitude. She was checking out a customer and basically gave me an attitude for standing by the register. Meanwhile, I was trying to check out with Georgia. She was also giving Georgia an attitude rather than working together to get the issue resolved since the internet was not working. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Loved the merchandise but was disappointed in the fact that 3 if us walked in and we were only allowed to see 2 items at a time. We felt like they thought we were going to steal

I purchased a ring at Pandora prior and was doing a size adjustment. I was able to get the different size, however I was told that it would be a one time courtesy as the ring was purchased over 30 days ago. I had asked when I purchased the ring if there was an issue with size or style to exchange and was told no.

I had called ahead and told them to hold a charm for me, when i went in the store the girl was very nice and tried so hard to find the item i called for but never did. She had to take the floor model in order to make me happy. I was just upset that i called ahead and told them to hold it to come and find out that it was never held. I drove very far just for that charm.
