During my Pandora experience there wasn't a successful line, customers were being helped at random. I waited patiently and wasn't helped till after many new customers. The store was out of many products that i wanted to see, although the quality of the products were nice. Overall, i will be returning to that location but will be fierce and ready to fight.

I made a purchase of 150.00 and there was a promotion for a free bracelet with the purchase 125.00, and they said they ran out of them, I find that unacceptable, there should be a raincheck for the bracelet or other type of solution to receive the item advertised. I feel Pandora is making false advertisements to the public.

When I entered the store I was greeted by a sales associate. I mentioned I was looking but she didn’t tell me that if I wanted to look at anything I would have to give her my name and be put in a list. A woman came in after me and she put her name down immediately. She was helped right away. I overheard this and told the associate that I wasn’t told I had to put my name on the list and instead of having the woman wait while I was helped first, which was the right thing to do, I had to wait. My mom was the one who found an associate to help me. Once I had an associate work with me, I had a great experience.

Most of the times they don't have the product your looking for . Most of the time the girls don't know wat your looking for . Most of the time they are out of stock on ring sizes.

I wasn't high satisfied with my experience because I couldn't find the charm I was looking for my daughter and I explained to the associate which one I was looking for and it seemed like she didn't even know what I was talking about and said we don't sale it

The pricing of the ring that I purchases was above my price range. I am still statisfied with my purchase none the less. There were also some merchandise that I wanted to purchase but were not in stock.

A lot of merchandise was out of stock. During the 40%off sale things were inaccurately lusted as in sale and didn't realize it till after I paid. I then had to do a returnand gi back to the store. I also needed to exchange a chain fir a thinnet one and the store haf none in stock
