While waiting to be assisted, it was difficult to see the Christmas charms I was interested in. I would like a large display of the new items to be viewed while waiting. Also, there needs to be more green charms for my third Christmas bracelet. There is a lot of red, but I want to have green as well.

I'm probably being to harsh but my sale rep had to ask where 2 of the 3 items I wanted to view were. I'm also pretty sure she was Xmas help and more than likely still training. Overall not too bad or a newbee.

The store was filthy and it did not look like the other pandora stores I have visited in the past. I am assuming the store is super busy so everything has its wear and tear
