The store was not fully stock with certain charms etc that i was looking for and mostly the pricey things were in abundance. But the sales assistant help me to put a bracelet together, i didn't get her name but she is a keeper.

I had to take home a floor example with no discount there was no more left

I think they are little to high and don't do sales

I really love Pandora is one of my favorite but yesterday my experience is not the best because the assistant is not friendly at all so sad because is Christmas you have to be happy and nice with your customers

Because the long lines people that were waiting in the lines were not social distancing I tried placing order on line to pick up in store no one would pick up the phone so frustrating last night

The store was busy, so I understand, but the sales associate seemed a little moody. I understand the holidays are very stressful but at least a smile would’ve been nice. She just seemed like she wanted us in and out.

My experience at pandora has always been like I’m not a trustworthy individual. Each store varies. I do not always have a particular charm in mind at the time I visit, more so looking to add to my collection. The representative today told me that she could not move the charm cases to the display area. Well if that is the case, how am I able to search with ease.
