the only way I would rate any service " highly satisfied" would be if I received above and beyond customer service. It was the service that I would get anywhere else nothing special.

The salesperson kept telling us to go over to where she was while we were trying to look at some charms. I found it a bit rude. She also said I could not get a discount i knew I was eligible for, so I left and completed my purchase online.

I did not receive the.promotional gift when you spend 125., nor a mention if everything had been given out and that was the reason why. I realized when i got home seeing commercial after commercial offering the free item, i never got anything. I spent 233.54

Because when I first walked into the store I noticed none of the Associates wearing mask so I then asked do I need a mask because for 1 I don't like wearing it . So as I asked both woman answered at exactly the same time one said it was ok that I dont wear one and the other said I need to wear one . At that point I was a lil confused . So the woman with blond hair helped me because she was the one that said I didn't have to wear a mask . Other then that everything was cool

Very little merchandise to choose from...wanted a paper receipt to put with the present but was told WiFi was spotty in the mall to get a paper receipt but was able to email it immediately!

I believe you should give something off when people come back to buy charms are not cheep 10persent off is not going to hurt the company brobley sell more

Karen was great she was very knowledgeable and help me make a beautiful necklace set for my daughter's grandmother. Some of the prices were not so great could be lower but I realize you have to make money.
