I thought I tap that I was highly satisfied

I was have to bounce around to different stores just to find one charm why all stores not carrying the item, some of the stores never seen it before or they say they just sold out which I know is a lie

Our sales associate could be more engaging was a very dull experience while shopping for a special occasion

Emma was very helpful and although things I was specifically looking for were unavailable she offered alternative selections and showed additional items which made my purchase better

I was very disappointed with my sales girl,I was shopping with my 12 year old granddaughter for a gift for her mom and she seemed like we were annoying her. We did purchase a ring but with no help from her.

It is the holiday season & it was somewhat busy. Their were people just walking in looking why everyone else waited on line
