the sales ladies were very knowledgeable and friendly they made it a fun experience. they had several suggestions to help us create a bracelet for a friend for her birthday.

The woman whom helped me, was. So sweet, I enjoyed talking to her. As I was checking out. She even showed me. A cute item. For cleaning my Pandora. I had to buy it. Great trip to the store. Thank You !!!!

There is always an associate there when I need help. Although the jewelry is a little pricey, it does last long and never loses it's coloring.

I had purchased a ring for my daughter one of the crystals came off. This is not the first time it has happened. When I went back to return ring for the same ring it was not available at all in the store.

Associates told me to get on line when I was just looking around she was rude and said no one help you unless you stand on line outside the store

I am satisfied maybe I marked the wrong answer their customer service is great their repair or replace policy is excellent what is there not to like L

There’s really nothing to say in why I were not highly satisfied because I for sure was even tho the actual bracelet I went for was out of stock but I bought another one that was very similar.

Certain charms are small for the amount I paid. Other items were not made available on prior occasions. Which made have to return more than once.

So I spent over five hundred dollars and then I asked for a travel Jewelry box it was pink she said it was 15 dollars then I said I will take it she then comes back and saids it is 35 dollars. No sorry for the wrong price or I will give it to you for the 16 dollars that I said it was or here I will just give it to you since I made the error nothing. That was a big problem for me.since she didn’t feel she should make good. I brought it because I said I would I am a women of principal . Very bad taste in my mouth I hat is all
