The item I was interested in was brought to me very promptly. The salesperson was also very knowledgeable with Pandora merchandise in general. She helped me purchase a bracelet and a charm. She was extremely helpful with all of my questions. She not only helped me and answered my questions, she was a pleasure to deal with. She had a nice personality and I never felt rushed despite my questions.
