The associate that helped me was truly friendly and able to show me things that I liked. There was also a very nice greeter (maybe manager) at the door that kept suggesting items and helped me round out my purchase.

My mom and I were highly satisfied because we found the perfect ring for my godmother. Furthermore, the perfect rings for my two sisters for this Christmas. The sales representative, was so helpful and tried her best find the what we wanted.

The associate was prompt and courteous. My total fell $5 off from the promotion, she asked her manager to clear it and the manager told her to upsell me an additional item I did not need. Because the associate was so nice, I purchased an item at a higher price.
