The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and patient. She even took the time to walk to another store in the mall for my size bracelet. She also cleaned my daughter and I charms and bracelets. That's above and beyond.

During my visit I was quickly greeted by one on sale associates in the store who helped me have a quick and easy purchase. She not only assisted with that but was very kind and had amazing customer skills.

I went twice to this location back to back and first sales associate was somewhat friendly but the second associate was very pleasant. I will still return as the process of shopping in this store was very prompt and moved quicker than Roosevelt Field location
