The store was neat and easy to navigate. The sales associate was so helpful and because I'm new to Pandora items she took her time to walk me through everything and I came out feeling educated about Pandora. They had a large selection

I really enjoyed Liz and Jordyn on my Sunday afternoon out with my husband. the two of the them really helped me out finding more charms for my bracelet. Jordyn was so kind to clean my bracelet while Liz showed me more charms. Thanks again!!

I rated my experience as Highly Satisfied because the sales lady was very nice and very helpful. She was able to identify the charms I wanted. Jacqueline even cleaned my old bracelet for me. On a scale of 1-10, she was a 10+.

The salesperson - Georgia was highly professional and caring about my customer service experience. She handled my return and exchange with patience and was determined that I walked out of the store satisfied with the original purchase made. Georgia listened to my problem about having the wrong item purchased online mailed to me and took care of it.
