The associate knew what to show me once I told her the occasion. I shopped in less than 20 minutes I think! That's great service! She was also able to help me with questions I had regarding purchases I made at this store before.

I was highly satisfied with my experience today . I was shopping for my mother’s birthday and she loves butterfly’s and the associate showed me the collection with the butterfly bracelet and I fell in love and knew my mother would love it !

I came to Pandora today because my bracelet was damaged. I was very please by the assistance from the Pandora employees, specifically Georgia who helped me out today with my damaged bracelet. although they could not find my information in the system Georgia still made sure I left with a new bracelet. I am very happy with the service I received today and I am even more happy that Pandora stands behind their product.
