Sales associated explained that bracelet looks small buy really is not. I even brought back the person for whom I purchased the gift and the sales person was just patient and knowledgeable.

The Sales Woman that assisted me was very knowledgeable. She recommended spacers for my one bracelet and cleaned all 3 up for me. I also had a broken safety chain and instead of telling me it was trash she would have the jeweler look at it first. I bought a new spacer last night and am very happy to be wearing my bracelets again. She was very nice and I wish I could remember her name!

The store was very clean and welcoming. The associate Jacqueline that helped me was very friendly and helped me with my return and also suggested a ring that was of interest to me.
