The location of the store was easy to find. The store was very pleasant with wonderful assistance from the sales representatives. The merchandice is gorgeous. I was in the jewelry business in the past and was astonished with the price range of the items.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in, I showed the sales associate a picture on their website of what I was looking for, she found it right away, but the size and color weren't available due to being a last chance Item. She did find a similar one and it was the same price, and she was courteous and helpful. I will definitely be in again soon.

Was only shopping for 2 charms and the lovely sales associate was advising me to get clips and a safety chain for my charms not to move around so much and God forbid my bracket open up I won’t loose it with the chain and explained to me about the pandora credit card and how I could save 10% and get 6 months free no interest so now I’m a pandora card member :) very nice and polite sales associate has so much patience great experience
