I like the in store shopping experience. I felt the online customer service was horrible. I almost stopped shopping with pandora. Glad stores are open again.

i love the way i was greeted. i was there for almost 20 minutes with a friend and they supported it and understood .the employee was very sweet and made sure i understood every question i had.

The sales associate Georgia was wonderful. I had a damaged ring I received during Covid and she was able to replace it. In addition, she helped me pick out another ring. There was a slight issue with items being in stock in my size but she explained it was due to shipment issues cause of Covid. She was great though. I’ll definitely be returning.
