One of the charms broke. The store was willing to contact the warehouse for a replacement. After one week, I received a call that the “palm tree” charm was found. I was very happy and picked up the charm.. While waiting I had all my Pandora jewelry steamed clean. I was very satisfied and thankful for their service.

The Sales Associate was friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Was not happy since there is a promotion going and they did not have the promotion item. I cannot believe they were out of the item since I am sure people aren’t running to the store to shop for jewelry during this pandemic

Jacqueline was very helpful and kind.she assisted me in finding the perfect items for me. She even explain to me the pandora card and explained all the benefits to the card and helped me apply. Great customer service 10 /10.
