For starters, as soon as I walked in an employee was helping me. The employee who helped me was sweet, very knowledgeable and her advice was great. I ended up picking out the perfect ring!

The manager of the store quickly and respectfully exchanged my merchandise despite some initial resistance from the salesgirl because the returned merchandise was a clearance item

The two times I was there this week were very good. Both times the associate was able to help me with no problem. Check out was swift and the associate was polite and easy to talk to - I enjoyed it.
