Great customer service . Very patient and knowledgeable. I had bought my mother a present and I wanted to add charms to the necklace but I didn’t like how it look the sale associate recommended me to a better selection and helped me pick out a Disney bracelet since I mentioned my mother liked Disney.

Associate was very helpful, locating what I was looking for upon arrival excellent recommendations.

Sales associate was very helpful in helping me dine charms, as I didn’t come into the store with anything exact in mind. She made good suggestions and I love the charms. I also left off 2 bracelets to be cut down and store wasn’t crowded so she had time for me.
