I called the store the day before to see if the 3 charms I wanted were available in that store. Jackie was very helpful and located all 3 of them and put them on "hold" for me until today. When I arrived, she had them all ready for me. They were exactly what I wanted!

The ease of ordering over the phone was important. Online shopping was difficult and not allowing me to choose curbside pickup. The sales associate took my order, placed me on hold while she confirmed availability of item. We finished the transaction. Gave me instructions for curbside pickup. All under 5 minutes. When I arrived at the location, it was very easy. I called the store as instructed to let them know I was at pick up point. Didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes for the item to be brought to my car. Fantastic experience!
