Store employee who helped me was very helpful. Well acquainted with merchandise and very patient with me. Store very clean. Barriers up. Everyone wearing masks. Store had almost everything stock-wise that I wanted. This is my favorite location to go to as it it such a pleasure to go there.

Due to my horrific experience at Smithhaven pandora I was very nervous to go to another store but the bayshore pandora went above and beyond for me. Both the sales associate and manager at smith haven were not helpful and told me I would have to pay a 5 dollar difference when I went to damage out a ring because the prices recently went up, even though I was still within my 1 year warranty time period. Bay shore did nothing of the sort and immediately replaced my damaged item with no other issues. Thank you bay shore! I will be returning to only your store from now on.
