I don’t live in Hilton Head. There on business. Dani and another young lady helped me. Her name started w an “A”. They helped me rearrange my bracelet so that the charms I wanted looked good.

The original Cinderella Carriage bracelet clasp I had was broken and the sales associate exchanged it with no hesitation.

I love Pandora. My sales associate helped me decide what color lock charm to get. She was knowledgeable of all the charms and more importantly how to care for PandorA

I love my Pandora rings and needed it resized since it didn’t fit anymore. The Pandora associate was very helpful!! It was also very fast which made me happy since I just got out of work when I went there.
