I love the idea of having something in mind and the associates have the knowledge of pulling charms out immediately. I had a list of charms and everything was there! I didn’t have to wait in order to get the charms I wanted. I love how nice the associates are! They make you feel very heard, which is very very nice.

Brittney P approached us upon entering and I told her that I had an old gift card and wanted to see a couple heart designs. When I ask what was on the little tag she said it says Happy Bday. So since my birthday is Feb 13th that was the one I wanted. And a clear sparkle spacer.
