I went into pandora not knowing my ring size or anything of that matter. I picked up my order and at first was a little shy to return the ring my boyfriend had ordered online for me so I went to my car and after 10-15 minutes of going back and fourth I decided to go back in. I was so shy and embarrassed but Aleen made my visit super comforting and made me feel like I was definitely welcomed and there was nothing wrong with contemplating things. I was pretty indecisive about my rings as well but Aleen and an assistant manager (which I didn’t get the name so sorry) went back and fourth trying different sizes and did not make me feel like I was bothering or being too much. It really felt like they loved and enjoyed helping me find the right size and what made me most comfortable. I felt welcomed and I left more than satisfied with the service. Definitely a friendly welcoming environment. I am not one to know much about jewelry and what fits best but now I know that I don’t need to know if I have great service like the one Aleen provided. Definitely will be returning. I love how they did their best to help me feel comfortable and content.
