Sales Associate was not knowledgeable of available merchandise. She wasn't helpful in helping with selections. She did not offer to put my charms on.

Tag said the item cost $35 but I was charged $50. When I questioned was told that the price must have gone up and the tag may not have been updated yet. The store was fully staffed and there was no reason that if the price truly had changed that the tag should have been updated as well. I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS CHARGED $15 MORE THAN WHAT THE TAG SHOWED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I did question the cashier and she was very nice but seemed she didn't know what to tell me when I said I should be charged THE PRICE ON THE TAG. She looked for advice from a co-worker who said nothing so I left paying $15 MORE THAN THE TAG!!!!!!!

Took about 15 minutes for an employee to help me. There were 2 employees helping 2 other customers while 2 of us were waiting. A 3rd employee left and didn't acknowledge us.

The issue I had was not with the associates more of your policy. I made a purchase online with a sale and didn’t like one of my items so I went in store to exchange it and I had to pay the difference for another item because they could not honor the sale/promotion I originally got online, that’s pretty inconvenient just because I wasn’t satisfied with my original product I wasn’t able to still take advantage of the promotion.

Associates were very rude and not helpful. wasnt able to get both names but only got one and happened to be the Store manager named amanda.Totally had a attitude and was being rude

The lady assisting me was very very todo, no manners whatsoever. She did not want to show me the merchandise and ended up showing me just a few pieces and only the one that she felt like showing me. I had asked to see a few more and she denied to show me and on top of that, made faces rolling her eyes. This happened at the store located at La palmera Mall in Corpus Christi on may 20 around 6:30, I think her name is Sheyla or something like that. Please make sure you have a meeting with this lady and show her some manners.

The girls found what I was looking for quickly and offered other choices. They assisted me putting by bracelet together.

Sales associate was rude and did not know the product line. Just acted like she didn’t have time for my wife or what we wanted. Spent $200 there so she should have been doing cartwheels. Will not return based on how she treated my wife.
