The choices between the types of rings had little to no variety. They didn’t have many holiday rings or charms.

The only issue that I came across was the friendliness of the associates. I was not greeted and the associate was not very friendly however, I still went through with my purchase but received no bag or box to store my bracelet only a dust bag so it was somewhat upsetting.

Price on item where lower and they would not honor that price tag that was on the item they charged us the new price they need to change there price tags on there charms to the correct prices

There's was art last 5 associates , tending to 3 customers at a time. Meanwhile we customers had to wait a long time before being serviced.

I expected more out of the sales associate. She wasn’t very helpful in selecting items she was referring me back to the book that was sitting on the counter. She told me they were out of stock of a certain charm but when I walked around the store I found it myself and another jewelry

Everytime I go to this store they never have my ring size in any of the rings i want would love to for this store to have more inventory specially around the holidays

I wish there was more of a selection to choose from. Lot of the charms looked similar.

I have been shopping at pandora for several years using my Pandora/Synchrony card. At every location I’ve shopped at the associates have been able to look up my account if I didn’t have my card. I didn’t have my card today and I asked the sales associate Melissa if she could look up my account. She didn’t know and asked another associate who made it obvious that she did not want to go through the process. She said they could call synchrony but it would take a long time. I asked her to go ahead and call and she did but was not happy and asked another manager. It’s upsetting that I went in to make a purchase as a loyal customer and had an associate who was so unwilling to do her job and help me.
