The only problem was that I when to spend over 125 dollars to be able to receive the promotion of the free bracelet, but when I get home my wife if telling me that the bracelet they gave me is not the one Pandora is advertising. It seemed as though associates were competing for our purchase. We originally spoke with one lady. ..associate A..looked around until we found what we were looking for..were then approached by another associate ..associate B..who we mentioned we were being helped by associate A......B kept helping us and associate A was obviously upset making our experience uncomfortable with continuing to speak w associate B who never left our side and got us exactly what we wanted

Because it was my birthday and mybhusband gave my a ring fromntje store and a charm and they told us that they have no boxes to go so inhave to put the ring and the charm and i dont have where to put my jewerly not even a bag only the recipe

The sales associate was helpful because she took out items that we wanted to see, but when trying to decide what bracelet I wanted, she did not give much input or help me decide. She just sort of stared at me and my boyfriend when we tried to pick a charm. She could have shown me a few that she maybe recommended or were popular for the Valentines holiday. She also did not mention the price to us when we picked out a charm. Although, the overall cost was not an issue with my boyfriend, I personally was not looking to spend more for the charm than the bracelet. I do love it and will be returning to the store, just not with that particular associate.

Sales associates did not have enough knowledge with charms, especially new charms nor with the sale prices of the charms (which charms were on sale and not). Associates also did not attempt to sale not show any other possibilities of merchandise to purchase.
