The sales associate didn’t give me a box to place my new rings. I’m very sad about that and didn’t offer a cleaning solution.

Wish they had a bigger selection or rings in my size but other than that it was good and I walked out with a beautiful ring

It’s not that I didn’t like the experience. I would have to assume because already knew what I wanted, I was in and out in like 5mins so pretty quickly. Yes but the workers didn’t seem rude and were patient when my mom was picking a set of earrings.

I was disappointed that military discount was not allowed for the Harry Potter series.

When I bought a ring at Pandora during the 50% off sale,my finger started turning green and I was kind of upset that a brand as good as Pandora would give me a ring that could make others believe that it is a fake.

I was pleased to be able to touch the items I was looking at. Every sales person was wearing a mask. Items were very accessible for me to see and touch.

The selection (in store) was not too great. But did have good inventory. Also left the store with a catalog that showed us a lot more items we would have wanted but weren’t in store. The price for the items actual worth was high for its quality. Overall it was a good experience.
