Some of the bracelets I was interested in were not recommended due to pulling hair on arms..

There were more customers than workers so it took a little longer than usual to get waited on. And the charms that I was looking for were not in stock.

We were highly satisfied with our sales associate… however some of the items that I specifically looking for wasn’t available at this location. That’s not the ladies fault just the store in general.

Took a moment for an associate to offer us help. Then when we said we wanted to look first, and waited again to be helped it took a few moments before there was an available associate. Also did not have item in stock.

I went in because my bracelet broke. It was Not available so paid the difference to replace. I purchased another charm and wasn't given but a couple choices. After paying and leaving i received a call that one of my charms were left there.

I think is better and faster online, the store is TOO slowly I thinking they need more persons working inside the store

I had a good experience, but not much of a selection.

The ropes were still up preventing walk in access which is not necessary any longer. Associate who allowed me in was not at all gracious. I didn't feel welcome. I spent over 350 dollars for graduation gifts.
