It’s really good I’ve Never had a problem, service it’s good and it’s a really clean store

The person who attended didn’t really seem to enjoy helping me out. She seemed annoyed. I rarely shop in pandora because the one in my hometown is always full but I was it was lonely so I went to buy some things that I had been wanting. The female wasn’t as welcominga s I wouldve expected she was very dry. Not to mention the bracelet she chose out for me was too small on my wrist and the one I got was defective so I had to return it the next day.

The sales associates lied about the available size of the ring I wanted to buy. The young teens said there was only a 6 available. It took an older lady to finally pay attention to me and genuinely look for the available sizes and found a ring close to the size I needed.

I came in that day to get a new charm for my bracelet. There was a sale online and when I looked they had a wide variety of different charms I could choose from, I expected the store to have just as much but when I went in there it wasn’t that much to choose from.

I liked that they made sure I got what I wanted. They were attentive in size of the ring. I am a usual customer.

Everything was awesome except for the item I really wanted was unavailable

I thought there would be wider selection. On desney characters.

Overall everything was great. The only thing is the ring I chose was in display marked $55. At checkout it was $115. I didn’t mind paying it but it was a little misleading.

When entered store 3 clerks and 2 not helping customers and did not acknowledge we were in the store. Walked around looking and still no help. Another clerk came out from closed door and only one to help and did a very good job. First impression is not good at all for they gave eye contact but un-welling to help. Clerk that helped was very nice and good her name is Alexis M #228416

I was satisfied because the wait wasn’t long the customer service was good, and the workers were nice, and the charms I bought were good there. I highly recommend this place for bracelets and charms.
