Pandora Jewelry

Had gone to mall to compare prices. Zales and Pandora for my anniversary. Looking for a necklace for my wife. Store manager at Pandora understood that I had to check with zales before making my decision. Went to zales and waited long for service. They matched what I was looking for but only went back to Pandora cause of customer service. If zales had someone like your store manager Robert they would’ve made the sale but they didn’t so that why I bought from pandora. His sales partner also knew the product. She helped make the decision easier. Over all great great service.

My visit to Pandora was well satisfied! The workers were very kind and helpful through out my visit! They helped me with anything I needed and/or was interested in! I will definitely tell many others about it and hopefully go back and purchase another item myself!

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate I felt with was extremely helpful. Her name was Wendy and see helped me with figuring out the sales and prices for all the Disney charms and necklaces. She also helped me decide between all of the lockets to put the mini charms in, and how much they each cost and what would look and fit best!! Absolutely would love to have her help me again next time I visit that store!!
