Zana did a fabulous job with helping me go through all the trays (half an hour before close) and help me pick out the perfect, beautiful charm. I am so grateful to her for her patience and input.

Sales representative helped put the charms on my bracelet. She reminded me about the discount I’ll get if I spend up to $150. She polished the charms and also explained why I should also pick the charms that are clipped to block the others from rolling.
