We were visiting Corpus Christi from San Antonio and since it was raining we took to walking in mall. I remembered I had a birthday coupon to use. So we went to see what caught my eye. Wendy let us in and asked what we were looking for I said necklace and she showed me all the different kinds but then mentioned the charm necklace. well i think that was a great suggestion and they tried to see what my likes were and helped me narrow down my selections. I appreciate her knowledge and patience with my indecisive self. Great job! PS I get compliments on my necklace a lot! Happy Customer here. Thank you

I was given exceptional customer service.. they went out of their way to find what I needed even though it was close to closing time.. I like the fact that they were patient and conversational.. the 3 sales associates that were on duty were very polite:)

The sales associate was kind and helpful during our purchase. The manager was amazing helping organize the flow of traffic in the line outside. I LOVE that they implemented the wear a mask rule inside the store we felt so safe buying items for our Mom's. My fiancé purchased a bracelet, charm and safety charm for his Mom, and my sister and I purchased earrings and a rose gold safety charm for our Mom.

Due to Covid virus store entrance gated off,but associate was quick to let me in, helped me find my charm for reflection bracelet and she even put it on my bracelet was very pleasant and helpful,going back for another charm!!!!Love it !! Thanks for being open 😊
